Abstract: In the course of this analysis Taguchi approach with grey relational test data was carried out to provide an appropriate set of processes to encourage surface roughness and micro-hardness of EN 31 alloy. The optimal surface roughness and micro hardness were achieved as per TGRA. In addition, the appropriate set of process parameters were calculated by grey relational degree to enhance the quality of surface. The variance analyses for grey relationship grades have shown that the feed rate is the most important factor that affects surface integrity in EN-31 milling. Finally, confirmation experiments which significantly improve several quality characteristics have demonstrated the optimal combination of process parameters.

Abstract: Sirtuins are the class III of histone deacetylases that depend on nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide for their activity. Sirtuins can influence the progression of neurodegenerative disorders by switching between deacetylation and acetylation processes. Histone acetylation occurs when acetyl groups are added to lysine residues on the N-terminal part of histone proteins. Deacetylation, on the other hand, results in the removal of acetyl groups. Pharmacological modulation of sirtuin activity has been shown to influence various neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, stroke, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Title: How is the influence of hotel internship service quality a measurable factor in student interns behavioral intentions? Mediating Role of Interns Satisfaction
Authors: Pratik Ghosh; Deepika Jhamb
Abstract: The study aims to delineate the factors affecting the behavioral intentions of hotel interns of the reputed Institute of Hotel Management (IHMs). Also, the study intends to identify the association between future career intentions and word of mouth taking students satisfaction during the internship as a mediating factor into consideration. To achieve this, a descriptive cross-sectional design was adopted and data were collected from 140 Indian students recently finished their hotel internship.
